Sample Shipping File
This file contains the date, the publishers ID, invoice number, tracking number, carrier description, weight, ship charge, and total charge.
Tracking numbers are available for nearly every shipment that PSSC makes. All UPS, FedEx, DHL, and most domestic shipments by the USPS have tracking numbers. The USPS now has delivery confirmation numbers on Priority Mail, Media Mail and Bound Printed Matter, but none for international mail.
Important: United States Post Office shipments add a - (Dash) and a number to the end of the invoice number. This will appear in the shipping file after the invoice number. Example - Your invoice number was 003222, THE SHIPPING FILE WILL SHOW IT AS 003222-173 (See first shipment below)
