About PSSC

Publishers Storage and Shipping Corp. was established in 1974 to provide warehousing and shipping services for publishers. PSSC has specialized in servicing only publishers and well understands the needs and complexities of the publishing industry. Since 1974, PSSC has established warehouses in Massachusetts (corporate headquarters) and Michigan. Service is provided for over 350 publishers of varying size and sophistication ranging from single title self publishers on up to publishers with 7000 SKUs. Total number of units on hand at any given time in PSSC’s warehouse’s exceeds 12,000,000.  Total SKUs on hand, approximately 60,000.  In any typical year, PSSC handles approximately 440,000 orders resulting in about 764,000 packages shipped. Along with the storage and shipping of books, PSSC also performs set assemblies, barcoding, and shrink wrapping for publishers special projects.

From its conception PSSC has always given conscientious and prompt service to all publishers regardless of size or amount of business.

Massachusetts Facility

	Peter Quick President of PSSC, has been with PSSC since its founding in 1974. PSSC was started by E.B Quick a long time publishing industry veteran. Peter opened the Michigan facility in 1980 and in 1998 returned to Massachusetts to assume the Presidency of the company when E.B. Quick retired.

Michigan Facility

	Donna Moore Vice President General Manager of Michigan Operations, joined PSSC in 2005. Donna has over 25 years in the order processing, fulfillment and customer service arenas.
Jenn King Operations Supervisor
