Rates and Terms

Contracts are not necessary for PSSC to provide its services to publishers. If a publisher requires a contract, one can be offered.  PSSC realizes that the best way to have a long term business relationship with a publisher is to provide them with ethical and responsive services at a reasonable rate with or without a contract.
Monthly statements for services are sent to each publisher. Terms are net 15 days. If an account remains unpaid for 90 days, service is subject to suspension until the account is brought current. Publishers also have to maintain a positive balance in their shipping deposit account (for USPS. FedEx, UPS, freight transit expenses) at all times. Shipments can not be processed if the account goes negative. For more information about deposits>>>        

Publishers Storage and Shipping Corp.'s rate schedules are straight forward and uncomplicated so publishers can easily estimate their costs. There are no hidden charges. Rates are subject to change. Advance notice will be given on any rate change.
